FEES & PACKAGES
Wasserman Law will provide you with an initial consultation, at no cost or obligation, to review your needs and outline the services we can offer. Thereafter, depending on the services that you choose and the size and nature of your business (i.e., number of employees, business locations, etc.), we will provide you with a proposal, including either an hourly rate or fixed fee billing structure.
In addition to the targeted services, we have service packages which include a number of our most popular items, bundled together with a price discount.
- Turnkey Package. Provides a group of services designed to minimize employment liability risk, while respecting the budget of small and mid-size organizations. Services include: an HR audit; the creation (or review) of your employee handbook; a training session for managers and employees on the implementation of anti-harassment and non-discrimination policies; information regarding workplace postings and record keeping requirements; and two hours of WL Hotline accessibility.
- Liability Insurance Package. Supports your purchase of Employer Practices Liability Insurance (EPLI), we will create (or review) your employee handbook, as well as provide a training session for managers and employees on the implementation of anti-harassment and non-discrimination policies.
- Hotline Resources Package. Provides support on human resource questions by providing up to five hours per month of hotline advice and response to day-to-day workplace questions, for a fixed monthly fee.
- Investigation Package. Provides a prompt and thorough internal investigation of an employee complaint, including a detailed report of the investigative results and advice on the appropriate action, if requested. Wasserman Law will work with your in-house or outside counsel to ensure that you are represented in the most complete and cost-effective manner possible.
